well, no difference here.
brother and sister fight with eachother alot. sister has a secret and reveals it to her brother. brother holds family as principle, so he keeps it a secret, despite the way she treats him. later, her secret slowly gets revealed to those she absolutely cannot let know. he keeps covering for her. also, he does things normally he wouldnt do, eg., covering for her to their father. situations like this will slowly happen over the show, slowly becoming more and more intense in their taboo nature, which he keeps covering/bailing her out.
finally, near the end of the show, they will both realize how much the past few events has drawn them closer as siblings. in fact, i wouldnt be surprised at the end of the show, they either contemplate enacting out their fantasies of wincest, perhaps being caught in a situation where they look at eachother and both found wanting, or it actually happens and becomes the major obstacle at the end of the show they both have to hurdle together in order to live happily ever after. because if it does happen, theyll have to justify their actions to everyone, or find a way for it not to affect them, socially.
or perhaps, the third option. they just become eachother's best friends and live happily ever after without any social taboo. in which case, the only major hurdle that has to be overcome is her social and personal acceptance of her hobby.
you heard it here first, everyone. make no mistakes!
don't forget this is an anime adapted from the LN of the same title, there will be some twist or surprise at the ending. or so i told

In the context of this post it means typesetting. When you talk about "TS" and "encoding" together then it means Transport Stream.
Predicting several possible endings, that branch to cover every plausible possibility, isn't the same as knowing how it ends. If the series leaves you wondering at least that much, it's interesting enough for me.
also, I don't think the premise fits any of the established genres exactly.

Ya left out the scenario where they find out in the end that one of them (or both) were adopted. ;)
OMG! That explains so much! They look nothing alike(though she *does* dye her hair), their "skill levels" (marks, athletics, etc.) are nowhere near each others', and there's some fairly obvious favouritism of Kirino, who would likely be the "biological" child.
Perhaps the Kousaka's thought they were infertile and adopted a baby boy, but later had Kirino as their "Miracle Baby". Of course, if Kyouske was only about 3 when Kirino arrived on scene, he wouldn't remember the details, so it doesn't quite rule out her being adopted either.
Regardless, the Westermarck effect(making close relatives look unappealing as partners) should apply, as they've been together since at least very early childhood (as seen in the photo). Perhaps how they interacted as childred has some bearing. While it's also fiction, in "Frankenstein", the good doctor ends up marrying his adopted sister, but then he always thought of her as this perfect little angel that it was his job to protect and cherish.
thats for the end of the episode..dunno why its there (its the possible routes that he can pick for a certain "event")

its funny how the other commentors are adding atop the list i wrote of possible endings, where im being accused of covering every possible branch thereof.
listen folks, when it comes to predictions, it looks a little bad when you put your eggs in one basket and it turns out youre wrong.
take them with a grain of salt. there will be plenty of twists and turns along the way and if it turns out that i predicted one possible ending that came true, theres no spoiler there. it becomes an "AHA! HE CALLED IT!" moment.
the thing about it is that im not actually any good at predicting how something ends. im not psychic. however, im REALLY good at analyzing the flow of the story and when you spend alot of time on the river, you tend to learn where every curve is. i do this with alot of other shows, not including anime. i was notorious to my friends when they sat me down and watched all of supernatural in one go. i wouldnt shutup and every five minutes, the question was, "have you seen this before?" the answer was no.
so there is no real predictions going on here. just an analyzation of the premise of the story and when youre this early in the show, the end is always going to be guesswork.
however, midway comes along, we will see who was right.

And btw, Please Twins doesn't hold the market on the adopted siblings theme last I looked. In PT, being twins was its central theme and they were trying to figure out who wasn't the twin. In this one it's not even a considered possibility, so IF it happened to end that way, it in no way copies Please Twins, not even close.

From what I heard (sake), and the translation of this part of the light novel, Kyouske's Mom says she's going out to get some unspecified alcohol. In the anime we get the impression that it's just an excuse to leave the house and do some errands so Kyouske can talk with his father. In this context, it makes sense that Mazui would localize it to beer, as it very well could be beer she's getting, and that's the sort of cheap alcohol that you might make a quick trip to a convenience store for.
In the light novel, however, she says she's getting it to calm their father down after the fight with Kirino (she tried to hit him with a heavy crystal ashtray!), as he never really gets drunk, just sort of calm and relaxed. When Kyouske gets back, his father is drinking some sort of alcohol from one of those shallow sake cups, but is clearly not drunk. In this context, it would seem to be more like what we call sake, as opposed to beer.
