Haruhi 18 is out the door. As much as I'd like to say something witty about the "8" in 18, in the end it's just... ahhh screw it. Just watch it.

I agree, but actually just one correction in my opinion. EVERYBODY should get fired for this. I haven't watched episode 5, 6, and 7.. i'll probably download the eight, but i'll watch only when the episode, that finish this S-H-I-T or troll, is released. And i'll watching forwarding all the time.. for sure... Anyone knows if this Endless Shit Crap Eight is actually having good rates at Japan??

Fransthe worst thing they can do right now is to end this endless chapter on september so it match the story.. if that happen, we've got a whole season with only endless eight! trolling at its finest :) Luckily we've got Horo to entertain us while KyoAni/Kadokawa busy trolling their fans :D

OpinionYa know, I'm guessing that they're going to repeat it 8 times, but the even more likely fact is that this is not Haruhi Season 2, and this is not "half way through the new season omg!", rather that it's just a lead in to the new season to get people excited.
OpinionThe even more likely idea is that they end it in September and then start a new 13 or so episode season there.

Y'know, you're absolutely right. I've never once heard or read anyone from Kyoto "officially" stating that this was season 2. Later on they'll probably write this off as "previously un-released season 1 content" or somethign like that.

I'm betting however that we might have to wait a while for season 2...since it took so long for season 1.5 to come out.
