Moshiburner (TL/TLC) - What do shoelaces and Kinshomokuroku II have in common? LOOSE ENDS! BAAHAHAHAHAHA–…Sorry. tbh I liked awaki(red-head, move pt) and Accelerator this time around. I’m seriously wondering how long they’re going to keep up with this “nope, we’re not done yet” thing though. Well, decent s2 overall. fun stuff.

Raze (TL/TLC/Edit/QC) - I pretty much went from TL/edit/QC to edit/QC to just edit to finally doing nothing at all except for releasing, but I’ve gotta hand it over to this ‘ere team for doing such a great job. As for the series itself… it had attractive females all over the place so that helped until the plot finally kicked in towards the end.

Ulrezaj (TL/Edit/QC) - Of all the protagonists I’ve translated for, Touma by far mumbles the most.

Kusion (Edit/Timing/Typesetting) – I really enjoyed working on this shit. I ALSO HELPED MOSHI TRANSLATE THIS ONE EPISODE, IT’S GOOD, TRUST ME.

goof (lazy typesetter who never did a damn thing) - I think this is the show I’ve enjoyed working on the most lately… typesetting a show with barely any signs is the best.

Sindalf (Timing) - I forgot about Index every week

endDoes anyone notice a pattern with the quality of this anime? even in s1, all the (purely) magic-related arcs suck, while all the academy-related are infinitely better...the author's really inconsistant...

The early magic arcs really sucked, Kamachi had no idea how to do them properly. They were always far wordier than they needed to be and the plots behind them usually weren't anything special. Then he wrote the Academy City Invasion arc and it seemed like he had somehow worked out how to write magic arcs well. After that, all the best arcs ended up being magic arcs.

I haven't finished downloading yet, as I live in the countryside in England (12kb/s download speed) so I won't comment on the quality of the episode.

But I really hope that it's a good ending and leaves plenty of loose ends for a second series... However, I would prefer To aru no kagaku no railgun II to be released BEFORE Index II

bzlaiWatching Touma dodge 500 magic blasts and then block another 1,000 with his right hand and then beat the bad guy with a single punch of his right hand over and over for every arc was a bit frustrating but okay. I'd rather have them make Railgun 2 though.
ShadowYeah, punching Agnese was different cause he never decked chicks in the first season. Then it became his calling card and became rather cliche. Why can't he change up and start groping these women instead? Maybe a lil right handed goosing will be all it takes to put them in their place and bring them to his side.

And I'm sure my turn will come to meet his right fist, as my illusion flatly denies the fact that he'll wind up with Index. I mean look at his relation with Mikoto: he protected her mother, all her (remaining) clone sisters, her best friend... and in return she helps him out when he's in a pinch without hesitation. Other then his habit of bitch-slapping, I think he's checked off all the qualifications of a man worthy of Mikoto and vice versa.

What has Index done that warrants ANY kind of winning of Touma's heart? Been in trouble... anything else? Come on, every chick he helps has that qualification, so what circumstance puts her in front of Mikoto? None. Index should just get her memory back and go back to Stiyl where she belongs.

It all boils down to the author's telling of the story in the way he intends it go, but my illusion will not be broken. MikotoxTouma, end of story.

endwow I still can't manage to figure out how this guy survived for this long. just use magic or science or whatever to launch projectiles at him.. problem solved.. really don't like how powerless the MC is and how everything gets resolved in the same way over and over again.
KKRais@end: Touma's definitely not powerless.

The anime kind of glosses over the fact that there's more going on with Touma than him just having a hand that can nullify things.

FYI he can't nullify anything real, so I really, really don't see how he can do anything beyond surviving as the fights get more and more intense - that is, without feeling ripped off by the fights...
