We had to resort to using the share raw as our encoder took ill. Our usual higher quality raw will come with a v2 release sometime this weekend.

MouseeIf you feel the subs are off 1/3 into the episode - then it's your computer, not the subs. Try updating your codecs (do you have CCC?) and see if that helps.

StriderxixHoly crap super awesome revolutionary episode. Yay for emotional roller coaster. Btw,I think I saw some anatomical anomalies with Tachibana-tan bedroom scene(I re-checked. I was wrong. Maybe one frame is off but that's just nasty nitpicking.) Probably, because she's so small and so F**king cute. I think I think it's because there was never really a chance to compare her height with something sizable until that scene.

Her new name should be Teshi-mapo... just because. :D

ReizoThis episode was so epic. I HHHNNNNNGGGGG'd so hard during the Tenshi scenes. Just hearing her talk is enough.

Recommendation for everyone: Try watching Angel Beats! on an 1080p hdtv with a HDMI cable! It makes such a huge difference!

I had a feeling Tachibana and Otonashi were going to bond but to have it in this, the very next ep, that was awesome!!! When he sat behind her, it reminded me sooo much of Haruhi! =)

Mr Met@KamiNiisama - That's only assuming that shinji does move on, and we all know how emo that shinji can be so he might stick around a while. Hopefully he will be somewhat less of a dick if he does. The only reason I say he would stay is because I doubt any NPC could become the kaichou, I also don't see them introducing a new character to fill the spot, and I really don't want them glossing over the events of ep5 by reinstating Tachibana. It would make this episode, as well as poor shinji-kun, sort of see pointless and wholly just a method of moving Otanashi and Tachibana closer together. Which would be cheap.

raysan1986I really didn't like the episode it lacked something, I just don' what it lacked though. It had the great "what happened befor I came here scence" but that was just it nothing really good came out of it. I'm also still a big fan of Tachibana so knowing why she seems kind of depressed all the time is reasurring that shes not some sort of automated doll or somehthing. Also ty for the subs ur guys are the greates. One more thing whenever they play music in the op and ed it always seems to stop playing for a fraction of a second during certain beats and i can hear none of the music in none of the episodeds in full glory.
Mousee@raysan1986: Get a new computer or update your codecs. The OP/ED play fine.

@heri - there's no reason for an XviD v2 release. The 720p v2 release is there for the (usual) superior quality (as per the encoder being sick), adds 1 extra comment to the subs, and that's it. You aren't missing out on anything :P

Yeah, album is great. It's strange that they did not wait to air all insert songs before releasing the album, though. Since there are three more insert songs to come out, we can expect to hear "Highest life" in ep7 or 8! can't wait XDD
